The good news is that the Big Mac Sauce is extra easy to recreate yourself, and choosing quality ingredients can help you stay compliant with Keto, Primal, Whole30, Gluten Free and organic.

PRIMAL BLT BURGER WITH AVOCADO AND BIG MAC SAUCE
Ingredients:
Big Mac Sauce
-2 tbsp Primal Kitchen Mayo
-2 tbsp Primal Kitchen Ketchup
-1/4 tsp garlic powder
-1/4 tsp onion powder
-salt + pepper to taste

BLT Burgers
-1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
-1 lb. Nature’s Rancher Uncured Bacon
-1 head of Boston Lettuce
-1 tomato
-1 avocado
-2 tbsp butter
-Seasoning: Sprinkle of garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and salt/pepper.
Directions:
Step 1: In a large skillet, cook bacon.
Step 2: In the meantime, form four burger patties. Your patties should be about 1/2″ thick. Season patties with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle each of onion powder, garlic powder and chili powder.

Step 3: In a large skillet, heat the butter over a medium-high flame. Once melted, add your patties. Cook for about 5 minutes each side.
Step 4: Prep your toppings.
Wash and pat dry lettuce. Slice tomato and avocado.
Step 5: Make your Big Mac Sauce.
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Step 6: Once the patties are done, assemble your burgers.
Create a bed of lettuce on a place. Add tomato next, then patties and avocado. Add sauce and bacon.
