Get you a man who can cook.
No, but seriously, having a chef for a husband is freakin amazing.
Why? Oh you know…I casually mentioned that I wanted to have some kind of Korean BBQ sauce to go with this meal, and HE WHIPPED THIS UP FROM SCRATCH.
Keep in mind: he literally winged it. He was all like, “ya we need this this this and this, dash of this, and ta-da! Korean BBQ Glaze.”
It’s unreal. Like, I’ve never been so impressed by this dude before. Side note: He’s obviously extra talented and super hot, so if you’d like to follow his antics on social media, you can find him on Instagram @theprimalfooddude.
The glaze is semi-sweet with a tangy kick at the very end – not too spicy! Absolutely phenom.
We tossed some Sesame-Garlic Meatballs in the glaze, added some rice, radishes, avocado, shredded cabbage and bok choy, turning this into a Korean BBQ bowl.

But, this glaze would also be awesome on wings, steak and chicken.
